CredKeeper Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CredKeeper ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Subscription Terms

CredKeeper is offered as a subscription-based service at $1.99 per month with a 7-day free trial.

• Length of subscription: Monthly (renews automatically every month)
• Price: $1.99 per month
• Free trial: 7 days
• You will not be charged during the free trial period
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Go to Settings on your device
• Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions
• Select CredKeeper
• Tap Cancel Subscription
• You will have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period

4. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. User Data and Privacy

• All document data is stored locally on your device and in your personal cloud storage
• We do not access, store, or transmit your personal documents
• Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to store illegal content

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Apple Terms

This App is distributed through the Apple App Store. You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance and support services or handle any warranty claims. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App.
